This Privacy Policy applies to cksamarketing.com, operated by CKSA Marketing (ABN 63 507 118 331), a Sydney-based marketing and automation business. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
This policy covers visitors and leads on this website only. It does not cover data CKSA Marketing manages on behalf of clients inside client-owned systems (e.g. a client's own CRM or ad accounts) — those are governed by the client's own privacy policy and our agreement with them.
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's gathered automatically as you browse.
Information you provide
Information collected automatically
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (e.g. health or financial details) through this website, and the contact form should not be used to submit it.
We use the following third-party tools on this site. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
| Tool | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Pixel | Ad performance measurement and retargeting on Facebook/Instagram | Browsing behaviour, device/browser data, advertising identifiers |
| Google Ads tag | Ad performance measurement and retargeting on Google | Browsing behaviour, device/browser data, advertising identifiers |
| GoHighLevel (CRM) | Storing and managing enquiries submitted through the contact form, and following up by email/SMS | Name, email, phone (if provided), business name, message content |
These providers may process data outside Australia. Each is responsible for securing data once it's in their systems, under their own policies: Meta, Google, GoHighLevel.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies (via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag) to recognise return visitors and measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected. You can also opt out of personalised advertising through Meta's ad preferences and Google's Ad Center.
Enquiry data is retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete it. Advertising data collected by Meta and Google is retained according to their own retention policies.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold, including relying on the security measures of the established third-party platforms listed in Section 3. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
