Privacy Policy

How we handle your data.

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to cksamarketing.com, operated by CKSA Marketing (ABN 63 507 118 331), a Sydney-based marketing and automation business. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

This policy covers visitors and leads on this website only. It does not cover data CKSA Marketing manages on behalf of clients inside client-owned systems (e.g. a client's own CRM or ad accounts) — those are governed by the client's own privacy policy and our agreement with them.

2. What we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what's gathered automatically as you browse.

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, business name, and any message details you submit through the contact form on this site.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referral source.
  • Advertising identifiers and interaction data collected via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag (see Section 3).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (e.g. health or financial details) through this website, and the contact form should not be used to submit it.

3. Tools that process your data

We use the following third-party tools on this site. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.

4. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To follow up by email or SMS about your enquiry via our CRM.
  • To measure and improve ad campaign performance, including retargeting people who've visited this site with relevant ads.
  • To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (via the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag) to recognise return visitors and measure ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site functionality may be affected. You can also opt out of personalised advertising through Meta's ad preferences and Google's Ad Center.

6. Data retention

Enquiry data is retained in our CRM for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete it. Advertising data collected by Meta and Google is retained according to their own retention policies.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold, including relying on the security measures of the established third-party platforms listed in Section 3. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
